The Eldorado National Forest Wind Complex is now 100% contained. As of 7:00 Thursday morning, management of all fires has been turned over to the respective districts. All off forest resources have been released and local district resources will continue to patrol fires.
Georgetown Ranger District:
Blacksmith Fire 135 acres, 100% contained (Rubicon Ridge area)
Long John Fire 22 acres, 100% contained (Rubicon Ridge area)
Grey Horse Fire 4 acres, 100% contained (West of Union Valley Reservoir)
Placerville Ranger District:
Girard Fire 13.5 acres, 100% contained (Silver Fork of the American)
Funky Fire 5 acres, 100% contained (Silver Fork of the American)
Sugarloaf Fire 11.5 acres, 100% contained (Alder Ridge area)
Sciots Fire 1/10 acre, 100% contained (Strawberry area)
Pacific Ranger District:
Noodles Fire 1/4 acre, 100% contained (Bryant Springs area)
Amador Ranger District:
Salt Fire 349 acres, 100% contained (Salt Springs Reservoir area)

Road/Area Closures:
Many Forest Service roads are impassable due to downed trees and hazardous conditions may still exist. Fire containment will take priority over clearing roads for public travel. Use caution and watch for fire traffic.
