Pendleton, San Bernardino Unit, Cal Fire. Two miles east of Yucaipa, CA. Brush. Minimal fire activity. Contained on September 3, 2009.
All Yucaipa Schools K-12 are open.
All roads have been re-opened and have unrestricted access.
7:30 a.m. The evacuations for Wildwood Canyon are advisory and only residents are being allowed back into the fire area.
The fire is burning in heavy fuels at a moderate rate of spread. 400 residences threatened.
The Pendleton Fire is being supported by aircraft from the Oak Glen fire due to close proximity of both fires and air space safety.
