According to a spokesperson from Beale Air Force Base, the fire is still burning within the confines of the control burn and has not escaped. (At 1:05 p.m.) The Grass Valley Command center has confirmed the fire has escaped and they are responding.

No road closures, structure threats or evacuations. Some resources are being released. Incident terminated. 17 acres burned outside the base perimeter.
