Cool and breezy start to August

August 1, 2013 - As a low pressure system moves over the Pacific Northwest on Thursday, it will continue to keep NorCal temperatures below-normal for the first days of August.

High temperatures will be several degrees cooler Thursday than they were on Wednesday.
