Grass Valley, CA February 1, 2013 - Films on food, the environment, and agriculture – what could be more fitting for screenings at BriarPatch Co-op?
Beginning February 1 at 7:00 p.m. and continuing through for each Friday in February, BriarPatch is proud to screen award-winning films that you may have missed at the recent SYRCL Wild and Scenic Film Festival. All screenings are free and open to the public. Come early, as seating in the BriarPatch Community Room is limited.
The Friday Food Film series includes showings of "Cafeteria Man" on February 1, "Greening the Revolution" on February 8, "In Organic We Trust" on February 15, and "Symphony of the Soil" on February 22.
The food blog, sapidcellardoor.com and BriarPatch's Facebook page, facebook.com/BriarPatchCoop, will have ongoing updates and reviews about the films in this year's series.
