Oct. 10, 2008 - AnimalSave and the Nevada County Animal Shelter are feeling the effects of a late season explosion of kittens. Both organizations are overflowing with kittens in foster care waiting to come into the groups' adoption facilities which are filled to capacity. AnimalSave has 88 kittens waiting in the wings to be spayed, neutered and adopted out. In an effort to get these little ones into homes, AnimalSave is offering 1/2 off adoption fees and the Nevada County Animal Shelter is offering 2 for 1 cat and kitten adoptions until further notice.
AnimalSave is located at 520 E. Main Street, Grass Valley, M-Sat, 12-4:30pm.
NCAS is located at 14647 McCourtney Road, M-Sat, 1-4pm.
There aren't enough homes for all of these animals! SPAY OR NEUTER YOUR PET!
