Learn to Do More with Less Stress at February 1 Workshop

Nevada City January 25, 2013 - The Center for Nonprofit Leadership kicks off its 2013 professional development series with a February 1 workshop, "Getting it Done: Achieve More with Less Stress."

Father-Daughter workplace training specialists Keith Porter, of InConcert Sierra, and Chris Bennett will lead this interactive half-day workshop. Participants will learn tools to manage stress to operate at the highest performance level, evaluate the use of time and priorities, and deal with the number and complexity of projects that people need to complete each workday.

The Friday, February 1 workshop will take place 8:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. at the United Methodist Church, 236 South Church Street in Grass Valley, Wesley Hall. The cost of the half-day session is to register is $45 for members of the Center for Nonprofit Leadership (additional participant from same member organization is $25) and $60 for non-members ($35 for additional participant from the same organization). Fees include a continental breakfast. Advanced registration is requested by contacting the Center for Nonprofit Leadership at 530-265-5600 or register online at www.CNLSierra.org.
