Nevada County: H1N1 Vaccine Announcement

November 10, 2009 - The Nevada County Public Health Department is announcing a small addition to their school based clinics this week at Seven Hills School in Nevada City and Alder Creek Middle School in Truckee. In addition to allowing children ages 6 months-8th grade, we will offer vaccine to custodial parents of children less than 6 months of age.

Parents must either bring the child, or bring a valid driver's license and copy of the child's birth certificate in order to receive vaccine. These clinics are not open to other types of caregivers other than parents.
