By: Sierra Wildlife Rescue

PLACERVILLE, Calif. October 4, 2013 - Sierra Wildlife Rescue's fall fundraiser will be an Open House and Wildlife Art Sale, to be held on Saturday, October 19, from 11 a.m. – 3:00 p. m, at the Sierra Wildlife Center, 3030 Newtown Rd., Placerville.

We have beautiful paintings, photographs and other art by local and nationally-acclaimed wildlife artists for sale, as well as SWR T-shirts, sweatshirts and other animal-themed gifts. The event is free, and all SWR members will receive a 10% discount on purchases.

Other features will include a tour of the Wildlife Center, visits with our educational raptors and SWR rehabbers and volunteers, and yummy refreshments. All proceeds will go directly to the care of SWR's orphaned and injured wild animals in rehab.

Come enjoy shopping for great wildlife art and gifts, meeting our beautiful birds and learning all about the wild animals of El Dorado County that SWR rescues, rehabilitate and returns to the wild! Website: www.sierrawildliferescue.org
