July 13, 2013 - This message was created by CHP ENTAC and is in effect for Nevada, El Dorado, Placer, and Sacramento Counties.

On July 7, 2013, at approximately 1030 hours, Wilma Barnhart, a 74 year old white female, 5'5 tall, weighing 180 pounds, with gray hair and brown eyes, drove away from her residence in Grass Valley, CA. Ms. Barnhart's destination is unknown. Ms. Barnhart takes prescription medication for heart and thyroid issues and it is unknown if she has been taking her medication. Ms. Barnhart was last seen driving a brown 1999 GMC Envoy, with a California license plate of 4DMJ032.
