Six Arrested in Marijuana Sales Investigation in Eldorado County

April 5, 2013 - A three month investigation by El Dorado County Sheriff's Office Detectives regarding a conspiracy to sell marijuana, culminated with the service of five search warrants on Thursday, April 4, 2013.

The investigation was centered around the sale of marijuana through two businesses. River City Wellness also known as Right Choice Wellness in Cameron Park and C4C in Shingle Springs were being operated by 45 year old David Sisson of El Dorado, his wife, 44 year old Stacy Sisson of El Dorado and David's brother 34 year old Robert Sisson of Shingle Springs.

David was booked into the county jail for conspiracy to sell marijuana, possession of marijuana for sale and for being a felon in possession of a firearm. Robert was booked for conspiracy to sell marijuana and possession of marijuana for sale. Stacy was booked for conspiracy to possess marijuana for sale. An employee of the business (Mathew Wollman 29 of Sacramento) was arrested and booked for being in possession of a concealed firearm in a vehicle while another employee (Austin Lange 26 of Cameron Park) was arrested for conspiracy to sell marijuana.

While Detectives were serving a search warrant at one of the businesses, 50 year old James Dungan of Santa Cruz arrived at the business with the intention of selling processed marijuana to the business. Dungan was arrested on the spot by the detectives for possession of marijuana for sale.

Approximately 60 pounds of processed Marijuana were seized at the businesses during the service of the search warrants.
