TRUCKEE, Calif. February 9, 2012 - Following a 4-month investigation, the Truckee Police Department's Investigations Division arrested two Truckee residents for ongoing sales of cocaine. On 2/7/2012, with the assistance of the DEA, Truckee detectives and officers executed two felony arrest warrants and a residential search warrant.
Detectives recovered ½ pound of cocaine packaged for distribution, along with $10,000 in cash. The cocaine was located in an area of the residence that was accessible to children living at the residence.
Conrado Rodriguea-Quintero was arrested for Possession of Narcotics, Sales of Cocaine, Criminal Conspiracy, and Child Endangerment. Salvador Ruvalcaba-Munoz was arrested for Sales of Cocaine and Criminal Conspiracy. Both suspects were taken into custody without incident and booked into the Nevada County Jail for prosecution.
