South Lake Tahoe, Calif. Dec. 19, 2009 - The U.S. Forest Service, Lake Tahoe Basin Management Unit, Ski with a Ranger Program is looking for ski and snowboard volunteers to lead guided tours over the snow at Heavenly Mountain Resort one day a week.

Volunteers will be provided with a thorough orientation and a day pass for the day of each tour. The expected commitment of time depending on your availability, will be 4 to 6 hours a week from January through April 2010. All volunteers are required to attend the program orientation on Monday, January 11, 2010.
