Crews worked through the night patrolling and mopping up the fire perimeter. Crews will remain active today. Firefighters will continue reinforcing lines today and completing fire suppression repair.

Firefighters worked through the evening patrolling and mopping up the fire perimeter. Light winds and overnight humidity allowed fire activity to subside overnight. Damage inspection continues.

Firefighters continued building additional containment line today. Decreased winds and increased humidity have stopped fire growth. Crews will mop-up and patrol this evening mitigating hot spots that may threaten the fire perimeter. Damage assessment teams have surveyed the fire area and are 95% complete.

Firefighters worked through the night Mopping-up and bolstering control lines. Crews will take advantage of favorable conditions today to build additional line, mop-up, and patrol the fire perimeter. 1,553 structures remain threatened.

IRVINE – Evacuation orders are lifted
All Evacuation orders and warnings are lifted in Irvine, including areas north of Portola Parkway.

LAKE FOREST – Evacuation Orders and Warnings are lifted in the following zones:
LF1: is bordered on the north by the City limit of Lake Forest, to the east by the CA 241 Toll. road, to the south by Alton Pkwy and Bake Pkwy, to the west by Empire.
LF2: All Communities with access from Alton Parkway and East of CA-241 to Whiting Ranch.
LF5: All communities along Glenn Ranch Road south of Fawn Ridge Road and South of Pendelton Road.
LF6: All Communities south of Bake Parkway and Portola Parkway.
LF7: All businesses along Portola Parkway.
LF8: All businesses along Portola Parkway.
LF9: is bordered on the north by Alton Pkwy, to the east by CA 241 Toll Road, to the south Bake Pkwy and to the west by Commercentre Dr.

ORANGE COUNTY – The following Evacuation Orders and Warnings are Lifted:

Fire behavior was moderate last night with minimal activity as the red flag conditions ended and weather conditions turned favorable. Today, fire crews will reinforce existing controlled lines. With favorable weather, fire crews will find opportunities to establish more control lines. Fire crews will continue to protect any threatened property. Please be aware of fire personnel and vehicles in the area as they continue firefighting operations.

Extreme fire weather conditions continued today, strong, and gusty northeast winds prevailed across the area with gusts between 30 and 50mph. Winds will be much weaker this evening in the 20-25 mph range. Crews will take advantage of this evening’s conditions to build containment lines.
