The second annual Heart of Gold Gravel Race had 250 racers participate in two challenging courses to benefit Teen Mental Wellness. Professional cyclists and Grand Tour racers Peter Stetina and Levi Leipheimer raced and brought their support for our cause, shinning a light on the link between wellness, fitness, and the cycling community.

The first race was a 74-mile course with a climb of almost 11,000 feet, with riders enjoying the fall colors on old-growth trees, historic parks, and the hamlets of North Bloomfield and Washington. The second race was a 46-mile course with a gain of about 7,100 feet in elevation. Both courses were for experienced riders only!
