Sierra Nevada Regional Department of Child Support Services (SNRDCSS), in Collaboration with Community Beyond Violence (CBV), is seeking donations of new backpacks and school supplies for children aged 5-17.
You can help SNRDCSS and CBV reach their goal simply by sharing a meal with friends or family TODAY, July 8th at Panda Express in Grass Valley!
Participation is simple. Just order a meal between 10:30 AM and 9:30 PM, share the attached flyer (or use the online code 339189) and 20% of your order will be donated to CBV for this event.
If you can’t make it to Panda don’t worry, there are other ways to get involved!
Backpacks and supplies may be dropped-off until July 29, 2022 during regular business hours at the following locations:

- Madelyn Helling Library 980 Helling Way, Nevada City, CA
- Brighton Greens Resource Center Front Lobby 988 McCourtney Rd, Grass Valley, CA95949
Monetary donations are also accepted and appreciated. Volunteer shoppers will utilize 100% of monetary donations made to purchase needed supplies and backpacks.
