August 20, 2018 – Bruce Herring, candidate for the Nevada Irrigation District (NID) Board of Directors in Division 2, is pleased to announce the endorsements of two former Mayors and City Council Members: Linda Stevens of Grass Valley and Evans Phelps of Nevada City. “I’ve known these two extraordinary women for twenty years.
