We have hopes that we can have our event in April of 2022 with a more traditional home show feel. If you take your recyclables to the station, you may experience some wait time (up to 45 minutes) while loading is in progress. This is a safety measure, due to a single person staffing the facility. Normal hours of operation are Monday through Friday 9:00 am to 3:00 pm.

The unknown male driver failed to yield and sped away into Nevada City. Moments later, the suspect lost control of his vehicle and crashed into parked vehicles, ultimately coming to rest against a curb on Broad St. near Sacramento St. The suspect exited his vehicle and ran to a nearby pedestrian trail that afforded areas of concealment and multiple directions to flee. September 2, 2021 at 5:42 PM Nevada County Public Health reports 141 new, confirmed COVID-19 cases today (includes cases from yesterday due to the state system not being synced) for a total 150 for the past two days. Out of 7,503 cases since the start of the pandemic, 712 are active. Twenty-two people are hospitalized – seven in ICU.

110,266 vaccine doses have been administered to Nevada County residents, this includes both first and second doses.

52,188 Nevada County residents are fully vaccinated, 59.9% of residents 18 and older.
