October 22, 2020 – Julie Baker, Susan Clarabut, Louise Johnson, and Timothy May are collectively encouraging all Nevada County residents to send in their mail ballots or to vote in person on election day, November 3.
“Many Nevada County Residents,” said Louise Johnson,” are unaware that they are able to vote for all of the open County School Board positions.” “And that’s regardless of where in the County they live,” added Susan Clarabut.
“We know the national election is on everyone’s mind,” said Timothy May, “but the down-ballot races are very important. “
“We are together urging everyone to vote; it’s the best way to make your strong opinions about the supervision of our schools really count!” said Julie Baker.
