PENN VALLEY, Calif. December 10, 2020 – After an initial donation to the Western Gateway Bike Park to get the bike park started, the Penn Valley Rotary Club Foundation continues to help the park grow. The foundation board recently approved an additional $500 for continued bike park improvements.
“Penn Valley Rotary has been a great partner and supporter in the Gateway Bike Park since its earliest inception, both with money and membership work days. We greatly appreciate their contributions and look forward to working with them more as additional park elements are developed,” comments Richard Baker, one of the organizers of the bike park along with Bicycles of Nevada County (BONC).
