Haze and smoke will persist through the foothills and the valley. Smoke from the Sequoia NF wildfires (the KNP Complex and the Windy Fire) is spreading northward into/over our area today and then northeastward tonight as winds transition from northerly to southerly and then southwesterly, according to the NWS Sacramento.
