Winds are much lighter early this morning. Current temperatures are considerably cooler compared to 24 hours ago (10-20 degrees in many spots) and range from the 30s in the mountain valleys to the upper 40s and 50sacross the Central Valley.
The trough will shift further east today replaced by flat ridging from the eastern Pacific. This will lead to a warming and drying trend this week.
Extended discussion (Thursday through Sunday)
Several upper lows moves through PacNW towards the end of the week into the weekend with associated upper troughing over NorCal. This will result in minor cooling but temperatures remaining above normal Thursday through Sunday with dry weather.
