Join us for KVMRx’s 2nd Annual X-Fest! With live bands, a Lofi stage, DJs, and much more, this all-ages event will take place at the Miners Foundry on October 3, 2025, from 3 PM to 9 PM.

ABOUT KVMRx X-Fest KVMRx was born out of the community spirit of KVMR. This is the second year hosting KVMRx-Fest, described as a gathering of minds and tastemakers. As a proud part of this community, we are becoming a local favorite and need your support. This event is one of our primary fundraising efforts for KVMRx (KVMR) Community Radio, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit entity based in Nevada City. Launched in 2016, KVMRx 105.7 FM broadcasts live from The “X-Box” and features a diverse lineup of broadcasters ready to take you through the Xperience.

Key Features – Two Curated Stages: Various regional and local acts.

Main Stage Lineup: Checked Out, Gr8, Fieldress Music, Crooked Stuff, Intellectual Decay, and Beach Noise.

Headliners: Scarab of The Living Legends, Pep Love of Hieroglyphics, and Aceyalone of Freestyle Fellowship will perform together—a monumental occasion in Nevada City that has never been done before, brought to you by KVMRx!

Lo-Fi Stage: Featuring live beat-making and performances from various artists. The Lo-Fi Stage will be broadcast live on KVMRx 105.7 FM and on our online radio at KVMRx.org Live Stream, presenting an excellent opportunity for sponsors to get involved with live on-air readings.

X-Fest Marketplace: Explore a variety of vendors, food trucks, youth activities, and unique finds presented by the makers themselves. Food from: Zalt & Co BBQ and Comedore Colombian Cuisine.

Special Guest:  Meet Greg Cipes for a meet & greet and autograph signing. Mr. Cipes has a career spanning over two decades as an actor and musician, and he has provided voice-over work for characters like Beast Boy in Teen Titans and Michelangelo in Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.

Youth-Friendly Activities: Enjoy arts and crafts and hands-on music equipment on the Lo-Fi Stage.  Bring a T-Shirt or bag to be silkscreened, or purchase one on site.
