Evacuation Orders and Warnings lifted. Type 3 North Bay Team has transitioned the incident back to the City of Clearlake.

Fire is 50% contained with 15-20 engines still committed for mop-up.

Evacuation orders will remain in place for a minimum of 2 more days. Before repopulation can occur the fire must be completely out, damaged PG&E infrastructure must be secured, and hazardous materials removed.

There have been no injuries or fatalities reported at this time, and the cause is still under investigation.

Governor Gavin Newsom today announced that California has secured a Fire Management Assistance Grant (FMAG) from the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) to help ensure the availability of vital resources to suppress the Boyles Fire in Lake County.

 There are approximately 30 structures involved in the fire and 40-50 vehicles were destroyed. Around 4,000 residents were displaced in the evacuation zones.
