Firefighters held the fire at 624 acres through the night and containment is now at 10%. More than 1,350 personnel are on the incident. Evacuation warnings remain in place.

Threats to homes, infrastructure and timber values. Difficult access, steep rugged terrain, underslung line. Narrow-windy roads make access to fire area difficult with extended travel times. Local area experience new fire starts over the last few days straining resource availability.

Planned Actions: Construct control lines as direct as possible.
