Dinely, Tulare Unit, Cal Fire. Two miles northeast of Three Rivers, CA. Brush and short grass. Minimal fire behavior with creeping and smoldering. Structures threatened. Road closures in effect.

All evacuations and road closures have been lifted. Fire crews will focus on mop-up and suppression repair. Starting Sunday, the National Park Service will be conducting a prescribed burn at the Sequoia National Park Headquarters that will last through mid-week.

Voluntary evacuations remain in place. Evacuation center is open by Red Cross at the Community Presbyterian Church, 43410 Sierra Drive in Three Rivers. Fire crews continued to make progress yesterday. Thousand of feet of hose and hand line have been put in. Forecast for last night called for low in the mid-50s. Structure protection group will remain in place overnight working in the community.

Fire crews made good progress overnight while working in steep and rugged terrain. Thousands of feet of hose have been put in. Cooler weather is forecast to come in today with highs in the mid-80s. A structure protection group is assigned and working in the community.

There is a voluntary evacuation in place for Dinely Drive and an evacuation center is open at the Community Presbyterian Church, 43410 Sierra Drive in Three Rivers.
Firefighters on the ground are actively working to contain and suppress the fire while being supported by aircraft.
