Brad Nelms is a relatively new resident to Nevada County. Originally from Denver, CO and having lived in many different parts of the country, he’s excited to help contribute to the uniqueness and beauty of the Grass Valley/Nevada City area, and to help improve the local community in any way that he can. Brad has a career long background in the entertainment industry with a passion for small business, and extensive experience in sales, executive management, finance, and commercial construction. He has also served as HOA President for a previous community in Las Vegas, NV. Brad is excited to engage with the Mystic Mine community helping to put limited resources to their best use and looking towards the future.
