July 15, 2026 at 7:15 AM Threats to structures, power lines and Highway 20 have been mitigated. Evacuation Orders and Warnings have been lifted. All road closures have been lifted.

July 14, 2026 at 9:00 PM Evacuation warnings and orders have been lifted. The temporary evacuation point at the Penn Valley library will be closing shortly. All evacuations and warnings for zones NCO-E017, NCO-E012, NCO-E010A/B, and NCO-E011A/B, have been lifted.  All residents may return home. Use caution as there are still emergency personnel working in the area.
