2024 Winterfaire

The Craft Guild of Nevada County will be having their Winterfaire at the Nevada County Fairgrounds October 26-27. There will be 45 artisans with a wide variety of handcrafted items and featuring many new artists. Yummy food will be provided by Clarky’s BBQ, Cousins Maine Lobster and Nevada City Crepes.

The Craft Guild has revitalized Winterfaire to offer a new and improved experience. The Guild’s motto is a show for artists by artists. A juried event reflects their commitment to elevating and making it the premier art show of the season. Here’s an example of some of the new artisans that will be at the Winter Faire.

Mindy Oberne will be featuring ceramics made with her unique style of origami construction. The spiral form of this 2 piece Party Plate is carried through to bowls, vases, cups, plates, platters and bakeware.
