Grass Valley, CA – InConcert Sierra is proud to announce a milestone in the Crown Point Venues capital campaign with its first corporate foundation naming support from Sierra Pacific Industries. This gift helps bring Nevada County’s future performing and cultural arts center closer to reality.

Crown Point Venues will feature a 540-seat acoustic concert hall, flexible black box theater, and spacious conference center, designed for world-class performances, educational programs, and community/regional events. As the first corporate foundation to make a naming gift, Sierra Pacific Industries sets a leadership example, inspiring others to support this once-in-a-generation community project.

“We are honored to receive Sierra Pacific Industries’ support as our first corporate foundation naming partner. Their leadership demonstrates the power of partnerships in building a home for the arts in Nevada County,” said Ken Hardin, Artistic Director of InConcert Sierra and Crown Point Venues.

“Your team is building an incredible facility, which will serve the community for decades to come,” said Mark Luster, community relations manager for Sierra Pacific Industries.

Sierra Pacific Industries is a fourth-generation, family-owned forest products company and one of the largest private timberland owners in the U.S., operating sawmills, millwork, and window and door manufacturing, while emphasizing sustainable forestry, renewable energy, and community support through its foundation.

Since 1946, InConcert Sierra has brought world-class classical music, education, and outreach to Nevada County, connecting artists and audiences through exceptional performances. As a nonprofit organization, it is creating a sustainable cultural legacy by constructing Crown Point Venues, a performing arts and cultural center that will not only enrich the region’s arts and education offerings but also strengthen the local economy and provide a resource hub for other nonprofit, civic, and regional organizations.
