Nevada County Child Welfare Services is again inviting the community to bring joy to youth in need.

The agency has distributed 10 Giving Trees with tags listing 258 children’s gender, age, interests and wishes. The youth are in foster care or are involved with Nevada County Social Services.

Simply take a tag, shop for the items listed, and return the tag and all donations of unwrapped gifts back to the pick-up site or to the Child Welfare Services office at 988 McCourtney Road in Grass Valley. All gifts and tags will be returned to Child Welfare Services by Friday, Dec. 20 to be wrapped and delivered to a foster child by Christmas.
