Work resumes on the City of Grass Valley’s Downtown Street Rehabilitation Project beginning Sunday night 10/5/25 at 10pm. Major pavement replacement work for all of S Auburn St is scheduled to take place every night this week, with significant traffic control closures until Friday at noon. Road Construction Alert: October 5th through October 10th, 2025
S Auburn St, between Main St and Neal St will be subject to traffic control including closures beginning Sunday October 5, 2025.
The Traffic Control System will utilize a full closure with detours nightly from 10:00PM until 6:00AM the following morning.
One way traffic control will be utilized intermittently between the hours of 6:00 AM and 12:00 PM.
