Nevada County Country Club (NCCC) is kicking off its 100-year celebration with a Pre-Centennial Fundraising Golf Tournament on Saturday, October 4. The event is open to all golfers, no handicap required and will feature a 4-person scramble format with an 8:00 AM shotgun start. Entry is $75 per player, which includes breakfast snacks, lunch, a drink ticket, and an exclusive Centennial logo shirt.

Highlights of the day include a hole-in-one contest to win a brand-new electric golf cart courtesy of Double Eagle, a Closest to the Pin prize from Copper Valley Golf Club foursome certificate and awards for top teams.

Proceeds will support ongoing course and clubhouse improvements as the club prepares for its 100th anniversary in 2026.ย Founded in 1926 and designed by renowned architect Sam Whiting, NCCC has been a community gathering place for nearly a century.ย

โ€œThis tournament is more than just golfโ€”itโ€™s a chance to celebrate our history, raise funds for future improvements, and welcome the entire community to be part of the next chapter,โ€ said General Manager Creek Scott.

To register, call the clubhouse at (530) 273-6436 or see details on the Club’s website.
