Throughout the day Sammie’s Friends will feature presentations covering a wide variety of pet topics, including

  • Valerie Logsdon, Attorney, providing guidance on Estate Planning for Your Pets

If you like to write poetry, please bring a pet-themed Haiku or other poem to read on camera.

Kittens and puppies will be available for adoption there, but please do not bring your own pets to this event. If you would like to donate pet food, toys, towels and/or blankets, we will have a drive through spot for drop-offs there.

We have amazing Emcees for the day, Supervisor Lisa Swarthout, Ed Pinto and Shelter Director Emily Hornick.

Live music throughout the day will be provided by The Edgetones, Al Owens, 4Play, Charly Price and Slutzville.

Food vendors Vegan Circus and Sips, Waffle on a Stick and Lemonade, will be on site all day for refreshments.
