Sierra Roots gears up each winter to open its doors when temperatures drop to dangerous levels, ensuring that community members have a safe place to sleep, a hot meal, and a compassionate connection.

This is a great chance to meet the team, learn how the shelter operations work, and explore volunteer opportunities throughout Sierra Roots programs.

Everyone is welcome. Whether you want to volunteer, get informed, or simply understand how our community responds during severe weather, we would love to have you join us.

Together we can help keep our neighbors safe and warm this winter.
