NEVADA CITY Calif.November 1, 2019 – Nevada County Sheriff Shannan Moon conducted a swearing in ceremony for new hires and promotions for her leadership team. Nevada County is the first county in California and possibly in the country to have both a female Sheriff and Undersheriff.
