October 23, 2017 – Kevin McElligott is a volunteer for the Banner Mountain Lookout Tower, one of the three lookout towers operated by CAL FIRE’s Nevada-Yuba-Placer unit between June and November. McElligot is also a professional photographer and drone operator. His latest video shows Oregon Peak lookout in Yuba County. The video was taken just prior to the start of the Wind Complex fires.
