NEVADA COUNTY, CA — Real Oro FC™, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, officially announced its launch today, debuting a “player-first” developmental model designed to bridge the gap between local youth sports and the standards of the global game. Founded on the Aequalis Principle™, the club enters the landscape not as a traditional youth program, but as a community-led academy focused on socioeconomic equity, player development, and fiduciary integrity.
The Development Pathway
Real Oro FC provides a year-round, structured, multi-phase curriculum designed to evolve with the player:
- Ludus™ (Grassroots | U5–U18): Focuses on joy, creativity, and ball mastery, building a foundation of technical learning and early leadership.
- Constantia™ (Competitive | U9–U18): Competing within NorCal Premier Soccer, this phase emphasizes speed, intelligence, and positional play.
- Somnium™ (Elite Pathway | U13–U18): Targets high-performance environments including ECNL, ODP, and MLS Next, featuring individual training plans and international exchange opportunities through Spanish Academies.

Inaugural Season Outlook: Spring 2026 The club is currently accepting player inquiries and scholarship applications for the upcoming season, with training held at geographically balanced grounds across Nevada County—including Gilmore Turf, Mautino Park, and Gary Clarke Field—to ensure community accessibility.
- Ages: Programs available for boys and girls, birth years 2008–2021.
- Low-Cost Commitment: A $50 per month membership fee—80-90% below regional averages—ensures financial barriers are removed.
- Training Schedule: Three 90-minute sessions per week (T/W/Th), plus a weekend scrimmage.
Bridging the Gap: Opportunity Without Barriers
Real Oro FC was founded to address socioeconomic disparity, ensuring that high-level training is no longer a luxury. “By giving our youth access to unbound opportunities, we believe that the fundamental values of self-confidence and character will naturally emerge,” said Daniel Arriero, Founder. “We are building a culture where a player’s potential is limited only by their commitment, not their zip code or financial background.”
The Architect: Elite Technical Oversight
To ensure a world-class standard from “Day One,” Real Oro FC’s framework is designed by a nationally recognized Technical Architect. This infrastructure is led by a USSF Coach Educator and National ‘A’ License holder—currently serving as a 2012 Boys ODP Coach—who has managed player infrastructures of over 6,000 athletes. This elite oversight ensures players receive a
professional-grade education backed by MBA-level sports management and fiduciary transparency.
A Global Pathway: Excellence for Everyone
In the coming weeks, Real Oro FC will finalize a landmark partnership with an Elite Spanish Academy. This residency program is designed with a singular mandate: Player Visibility. By providing a direct line to the global stage, the club ensures that Nevada County talent is seen by the world’s most respected recruiters. “Real Oro FC is more than a club; it is a commitment to the community that excellence belongs to everyone,” Arriero noted.
