About the Presenters

Kathy Lindsay

Kathy Lindsay has been practicing law since 2011. She began an internship at the Nevada County Public Law Center (aka Self-Help Center) while studying for the Bar, enjoyed the work, and especially the people whom she worked with. Serving the public and learning the ropes of the Courthouse went hand in hand. Now fourteen years later, she has developed a practice in Family law, Dependency and Probate. She has been involved in the preparation of dozens of guardianship filings through her work at the Self-Help Center and in her professional practice. Kathy is looking forward to sharing the benefit of her knowledge with you at the seminar.
