WILLOWS, Calif. October 1, 2018 – A vehicle accident was discovered on the Ranch Fire near County Road 308 and Forest Road 20N01 around 5 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 29. The accident involved a contractor assigned to fire suppression repair work on the Mendocino National Forest. The driver died in the accident. The name of the driver is not being released at this time.
