All warnings have been removed, no road closures in effect.

Fire resources will be patrolling throughout the night to mitigate spotting, as well as, working to strenghthen and hold existing containment lines.

Fire resources will be mopping up interior hot spots, patrolling for possible spotting outside the current containment lines and building additional contingency lines today.

The US National Weather Services in Eureka has issued a Red Flag Warning for parts of Northern California that includes Mendocino County, with the warning starting Tuesday morning at 8 am and lasting through Wednesday afternoon at 4 pm. Extreme winds and low RH’s are predicted for this period. Fire resources will be placed strategically to be prepared for possible spotting outside the current containment lines during the Red Flag warning.
All Mandatory Evacuation Orders have been lifted.
Evacuations Warning:
Highway 20 south to Highway 175, east of the Russian River, and west of the Lake County line.
