Immediate Evacuation in Concord near Montecito drive and Crystal Ranch Drive due to fire. This is a message from Contra Costa Fire Department. Due to fire an immediate evacuation has been ordered for Montecito and Crystal Ranch neighborhoods in Concord.
The fire is burning at a rapid rate of spread, structures are threatened.
