Firefighters continue working on constructing a line around the fire. The potential for any additional growth is extremely low. This will be the last update for the night, unless a significant change occurs.

Water tender 88 has been recommitted to the incident. Mop-op operations are starting. Firefighters will remain on scene for several hours to extinguish any hot spots and remove hazard vegetation.

PG&E has arrived on scene, walked the lines and reports all lines are intact.

Latest size estimate puts the fire at approximately 3-4 acres in brush and timber.

Cement IC is requesting two additional CAL FIRE engines and two Type 3 (smaller) engines due to the difficult access. Engine 1 is being canceled, due to access issues. The fire is burning in brush and timber at a slow rate of spread.
