Dutch Air Attack relaying for the Incident Commander: Two additional engines in place of the water tender will be sufficient. The water tender is not in operation due to lack of personnel.

The fire is now reported on Drum Powerhouse Road, first engines are arriving. Helicopter 514 on scene, still reporting 1/4 acre. They are requesting one engine and one water tender to continue in, all others can cancel.
