Air Attack 501 has been released from the Magra Fire, returning to McClellan. Magra IC reports the wildland portion of the fire is now contained at 1.01 acres, starting to release some of the resources.

Air Attack 501 is releasing Tanker 96 back to McClellan and releases Tanker 86 from the load and hold at McClellan.

Magra IC plans reopening at least one lane of westbound I-80 in the next 45 minutes, coordinating with Caltrans and CHP.

Fire behavior has greatly diminished, spot fires are being contained. The fire is still holding on the west side of I-80.
