Mill IC reports the power lines have not been de-energized yet. There is a dozer line around most of the fire, no additional resources needed at this time.

Tanker 88 will lay down a retardant line from the head of the fire towards the heel, the helicopter is still working west of the power lines.

Mill Air Attack has the helicopter working the west side, there is no forward progress of the fire at this time.

Tanker is holding in orbit for now, helicopter on scene ready to drop buckets on any spots. Helitack crew will be hiking in as soon as H-528 identifies a good landing zone. The fire is burning along the power lines, tanker will focus on that area.
