Air Attack estimates the fire to be 1.5 acres. Small potential for spotting from the beehives. Canceling the incoming helicopter, the tankers will remain in orbit for a few more minutes.

Augmented dispatch for the vegetation fire on West Paoli. First unit at scene reports reports the fire is between the railroad tracks and the Weimar Institute. Burning at a moderate to rapid rate of spread. If the fire jumps, an immediate structure threat will occur.

Reported vegetation fire near I-80 and West Paoli Road in the Placer Hills area, full wildland dispatch on order. Estimated to be 1 acre in size. A truck loaded with beehives could be involved.
