Fire intensity has greatly diminished. Releasing all aircraft from the fire with the exception of TNF Helicopter 514.

Tanker 88 is being released from the load and hold. Tanker 89 will remain overhead for another 10 minutes. Helicopter 514 is doing bucket work and the crew is assisting the ground resources.

Forward progress of the fire has been stopped. The small spot across the ravine has been caught. All resources will be committed for at least 2-3 hours.

Small spot outside the lines, less than 1/4 acre, ground resources are working on it. TNF Helicopter 514 is working the interior heat spots. The fire is looking “really good,” according to Air Attack Alpha ALpha.

Tanker 89 is returning to Grass Valley on a load and hold. Fire size is being revised to approximately 2 acres. Ground resources are working on a wet line around the fire.

Air Attack is reporting the fire is holding at 3-4 acres. The fire has bumped in a little wetland. Retardant lines are looking good.

Tankers are dropping retardant to slow the progress of the fire, both Tankers 88 and 89 have dropped, returning to Grass Valley for a reload.
