The YubaNet Event Calendar is for events, classes, community meetings, and gatherings of interest to our community. We make free listings available to organizations hosting both ticketed and free events. It is not appropriate for business specials or sales. We are working on creating a business directory that will be more appropriate for these commercial listings.

This is a free service; however, we ask that if you are listing recurring events that include more than six dates or multiple events beyond the next six months, you consider breaking them up by month or week, or upgrading to an enhanced listing. This is not a reflection of the quality of the event but allows us to highlight more options for our readers.

All events must adhere to our editorial policy, and we may decline a listing for multiple reasons, including incorrect information, typos, poor image quality, or over-saturation on the calendar. If you have questions about your event or listings, please don’t hesitate to ask. We are working diligently to make this a resource for all and welcome your participation.

Before you begin, we recommend a quick search to see if your event is already listed. It could be that CitySpark found the information on another online calendar. If the information isn’t correct or you aren’t happy with the listing, contact us at calendarhelp@yubanet.com and we will remove it so you can replace it with an improved entry.

Gather your event description and details. Review our editorial policy to make sure it is a good fit. We reserve the right to remove any listing that does not comply.

Be sure to have a JPEG or PNG that represents the event ready to upload. The ideal aspect ratio is 7:5, with a minimum width of 700 pixels. Examples: 700x500px or 1400×1000 px,

Enter your event details.

You will be prompted to complete the listing or learn more about paid options. There is no obligation to purchase an enhanced listing. If you do, YubaNet does earn money on that investment, keeping your dollars in the community.
