NEVADA CITY, Calif. November 2, 2019 – The 2019 Bridge of Giving takes place this Sunday, November 3rd, from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm on the old 49’er Bridge on the South Yuba River between Nevada City and North San Juan.

Says organizer Pamela Morey, “As you know the Food Bank was there for the community during the outages and is in greater need to stock up for the forth coming holidays. Its going to be a gorgeous day so it’s a great opportunity to enjoy our special area and support others as well.”

The event benefits the Food Bank of Nevada County, and the goal is to build a bridge of donated food spanning the width of the South Yuba River.
